Her career spans diplomacy, development, and finance — including becoming the first Emirati woman Vice President at Citibank. Jassim Alseddiqi is the Founder of IQUNA Ventures and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of IQUNA Properties.

He previously founded several ventures and served on the boards of companies with a combined market capitalization exceeding US$50 billion. He has also chaired organizations such as GFH Financial Group, Khaleeji Commercial Bank, Eshraq Investments, Salama Insurance, and Shuaa Capital, and has served on the boards of renowned companies including 500 Global, Dana Gas, ADNOC Distribution, and First Abu Dhabi Bank.

Jassim holds a BSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and an MSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University. He was also a lecturer at The Petroleum Institute (now part of Khalifa University) in Abu Dhabi.

Her career began in hotel R&D, where she led feasibility studies, valuations, and brand conceptual development. With an MSc in Finance and Investments, she approaches every project as both strategist and analyst — balancing creativity with precision. At IQUNA, she drives investment strategy and brand positioning with a future-focused mindset. Omar Geier serves as Head of Special Projects at IQUNA Properties, with a primary focus on wellness, operations, and corporate matters. Leveraging his education from Imperial College London and extensive lab experience, Omar applies a research-driven, analytical approach to complex projects. He plays a key role in supporting senior leadership by providing strategic insights and contributing effectively to corporate strategies. Omar's distinctive blend of academic knowledge and practical expertise positions him to drive innovative, sustainable solutions across organizational initiatives.
