Devmark, the real estate project sales and marketing consultancy, in partnership with developer IQUNA Properties, has announced the launch of Avida Residences – a new waterfront development on Dubai Islands and the first residential project under the Avida brand.
Operated by Avida, the wellness-focused brand born in Dubai, Avida Residences brings its philosophy of longevity and wellbeing into the real estate sector for the first time. The development incorporates wellness amenities curated by Avida Longevity, the company behind the Longevity Center in Jumeirah, embedding vitality and balance at the core of the residential experience.
Avida Residences offers a limited selection of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, along with two expansive penthouses. Designed under the brand’s guiding philosophy, The Avida Way, the homes combine biophilic architecture with tactile, considered interiors by Sneha Divias Atelier. Living spaces are defined by 2.8-metre floor-to-ceiling glass windows, natural light and refined finishes, while kitchens feature Siemens appliances and muted tones. Bedrooms and bathrooms are crafted for comfort and calm, with spa-inspired features and warm materials. The penthouses, located at the top of the tower, offer sweeping views, spacious layouts and private infrared saunas.

These include rooftop pools, yoga decks, movement studios and advanced recovery facilities such as infrared saunas, cold plunge pools, contrast therapy, red light therapy and a hyperbaric oxygen chamber.
